This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Create and drive the content narrative themes for quarterly integrated Demand Generation campaigns
  • Partner closely with our Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Executive team to create presentation narratives and scripts across our event pillars
  • Onboard and manage writing contractors or agencies to produce long & short form assets that support our sales motions and generate efficient pipeline
  • Manage relationships with partners to co-create shared narratives that enable Figma to reach new audiences and markets
  • Develop a philosophy of measurement and reporting for content performance as a demand channel
  • Create deep alignment with our sellers and provide enablement of content campaigns & programs

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A proven track record of developing clear and compelling narratives across diverse channels
  • Experience creating executive presentations (narratives/talk-tracks) for events & webinars
  • Experience being held to metric-based outcomes of a content channel

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience with product-led growth funnels (driving bottoms-up end-user adoption and tops-down buyer engagement)
  • A background in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and/or Developer Marketing
  • Experience working in multi-product environments

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways.
