Creative Strategy Director


We are looking for a stellar Creative Strategy Director who is able to connect the dots and deliver consistency across all digital and social touch points.  You are versatile across business categories and thrive at creating social content strategy that pushes the creative limits and executes against  big ideas. Your knowledge of brand, web development, newsletter strategy, and social strategy is strong and you are a client partner that can guide, sell, execute, and deliver on business objectives. 

You’re viewed as a leader and  help your internal teams in ideation, strategy and creative development of campaigns, content calendars, studio content, performance reporting, brand activations, web development, email strategy, and  GTM strategies across key clients and new business. You apply substantial amounts of independent critical thinking where your thorough analysis uncovers trends, content opportunities, general tactics or insights and direction for optimization, and are able to mentor a team or strategists and creatives.  You are the liaison on behalf of the client to work across their various projects and project teams ensuring that there is a thoughtful and intentional social strategy in place for each endeavor. You are also creatively driven and can produce “scroll stopping'' creative work that works on various social platforms. 

You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving the weekly and monthly insights reports and help provide analysis and recommendations for optimization, forecast growth projections, set clear KPI’s and benchmarks.

  • You will be client facing and act as liaison on behalf of the client to work across their various projects and project teams ensuring that there is a thoughtful and intentional social strategy in place for each endeavor.
  • Insights and Analysis
  • You will be able to synthesize third-party data into “big picture” analysis and make recommendations based on your findings. This means going beyond the “what” - to tell client’s the “why,” and to inform effective strategy and campaign work. 
  • Leverage quantitative research tools such as Sprout and Tagger. You will also work with first party data such as client web analytics.
  • Create effective data visualization to illustrate critical insights and analysis.
  • Forecast growth projections, set clear KPI’s and benchmarks.
  • Apply substantial amounts of independent critical thinking, and from the analysis, uncover trends, content opportunities, general tactics or insight and direction for creative optimization.


  • Experience with building and developing a strategy for a large scale brands
  • Develop high quality and effective social-first content
  • Understanding the broader marketing & communications mix, traditional & non-traditional channel planning and socials’ role
  • Fluent in content strategy, comms planning, social analytics
  • Minimum 7+  years working in social media
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal skills, & storytelling skills.
