Digital Project Manager

New York, NY

The role of the Project Manager is to help coordinate team members to adhere to the account calendar set by the client. The Project Manager will work in collaboration with the Accounts, Creative, and Paid teams to disseminate deadlines and maintain workflows to bring deliverables to their final and on time publication. To be aware of the progress between Paid, Editorial, Web, and Social to ensure synchronicity with the social calendar. 


YOUR DAY

  • Create and implement Social, Design, Copywriting, and Editorial workstream prioritization models 
  • Lead, manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams ensuring they stay on task and meet task objectives
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the requirements & are of the highest quality
  • Drive and enforce timelines and milestones; across all teams/facets of the account
  • Solve project-level issues with little to no oversight; bring proposed solutions to larger challenges when raising flags 
  • Communicate clear ways of working and process expectations with all members of the team, and executives throughout the duration of your projects. 
  • Develop and own accurate project documentation and reporting


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years in the industry or related experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to socialize and communicate feedback from client, internal teams, and external partners and collaborators 
  • High competency and proven track record of project management of large engagements and integrated social media projects
  • Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel
  • Experience in digital and social media preferred
