OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager at OS BENEFiTS (OSB) will lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy, ensuring our brand is effectively communicated across all channels. This role requires a dynamic and creative marketing leader with a deep understanding of the employee benefits industry who can drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and position OSB as a leader in the market. The Marketing Manager will work closely with our leadership team to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure the successful promotion of our services to customers, vendors, and prospects.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy that aligns with OSB's business objectives, which include driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of OSB's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Lead the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts, to engage our target audience and establish OSB as a thought leader in the hospitality and health insurance industries.
- Manage OSB’s digital presence, including website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Optimize digital marketing campaigns for SEO and user engagement.
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use insights to inform marketing strategy and product development.
- Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote OSB and expand our network of potential customers and vendors.
- Work closely with the Director of Business Development and product team to develop marketing materials, sales collateral, and strategies that support business development efforts.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Work closely with the Founder + CEO, and Head of People + Operations to plan for marketing team growth that aligns with sales milestones.
- Manage marketing team contractors and external agencies, which may include the following: copywriter, social media manager, digital marketing manager, designer, etc.
- Support additional projects as needed.
WHO YOU ARE
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns. Experience in the hospitality, employee benefits, or insurance industry is highly preferred.
- A strong marketing executor with leadership abilities who has experience managing and mentoring a marketing team. Able to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best work.
- Able to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and brand awareness.
- A creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches to marketing challenges. Innovative in the use of marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform marketing decisions. Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
- A team player who works well with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and executive leadership.
- Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and continuously improving marketing performance to meet or exceed goals.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation software, content management systems, and social media management tools.
- Thrives working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
- Passionate about marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
