OverviewThe Senior Manager, Social Media will be responsible for driving successful, results-driven marketing efforts across Briogeo’s social media channels (including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube). This person will be responsible for developing the social and content strategy in partnership with the Head of Social + Influencers and ensuring its strong execution via high-performing content.
Roles + Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Briogeo’s social media channels, overseeing community and content
- Develop monthly content calendars to support strategic focus areas while driving forward Briogeo’s brand DNA
- Lead content planning for launches, key brand moments and always-on campaigns with a goal of continually strengthening engagement
- Drive social + content innovation, lead content + campaign ideation, and always strive for best-in-class social channels
- Partner with creative team to identify and guide UGC needs; develop social shot lists for monthly social content shoots
- Be a strategic thought partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social drives brand and customer growth
- Ensure social drives the right amount of retailer support on Briogeo channels, but also proactively sharing content/ideas to retail partners to garner organic coverage on retail channels
- Relentlessly drive growth and reach of Briogeo’s social channels, including leading social brand partnerships
- Serve as social analytics lead, creating monthly social performance dashboards to share with leadership team; regularly analyze performance and share insights/recommendations to continually improve
- Compile and deliver post-campaign results to leadership, noting both successes and learnings to broader teams
- Stay on the pulse of social, platform and content innovation, identifying best-practices and emerging trends to drive performance with a focus on TikTok
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing
- Must have direct experience managing social media channels and leading content strategy for high-profile retail brand (beauty experience a plus)
- Proven track record of driving brand growth via social media channels
- Passion for the beauty industry and digital landscape
- Ability to navigate both the creative and analytical sides of social media
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
- Experience identifying meaningful, actionable insights within past social media campaigns
- Must demonstrate strong strategic, interpersonal, organizational & communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment that is rapidly changing & customer focused
- Intuitive grasp of the beauty client and a drive to impact and satisfy customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time & work collaboratively in a team environment

We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Briogeo / Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 salary per year. Other rewards may include an annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role. In addition, Briogeo / Wella Company provides a rich variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
