This is a full-time role based in our Inglewood office and is eligible for our competitive benefit offerings including health insurance, Wellbeing Allowance and 401(k) with company contribution. What You Will Do
- Unleash your creativity as you plan, craft, and unleash captivating content across Intuit Dome's social channels.
- Be the mastermind behind compelling copy that resonates with our diverse and passionate audience.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Arena Marketing and the Director of Growth Marketing to shape and implement our daily, weekly, and monthly content calendar.
- Immerse yourself in the excitement of Intuit Dome events, capturing and broadcasting unforgettable moments in real-time and working closely with talented photographers and videographers.
- Forge meaningful connections across departments, collaborating with marketing, public relations, and event programming teams to curate sensational social media experiences.
- Dive deep into the world of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving our growth and engagement goals to new heights.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring social feeds, swiftly identifying and riding the waves of real-time trends and current events.
- Be the superhero of customer service, responding to pertinent DMs and comments with the utmost care and professionalism, working seamlessly with our internal teams to craft the perfect response.
- Play a pivotal role in implementing influencer strategies for our most exciting initiatives.
- Pave the way for the future by developing inventive growth strategies tailored to emerging social platforms.
- Uphold the unwavering voice and standards of the Intuit Dome brand across all channels.
Your Background, Experience and Superpowers:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience navigating the ever-evolving landscape of a brand's social channels.
- Possess an innate familiarity with social media platforms and their intricate algorithms.
- Unleash your creative genius in content creation, whether it's wielding your cell phone like a pro or effortlessly manipulating tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere to deliver awe-inspiring content across various platforms.
- Your communication skills are legendary, and your ability to provide top-notch service and resolutions is unmatched.
- Building strong, positive relationships with clients and colleagues at every level is your superpower.
- Your super-speed multitasking abilities allow you to conquer multiple projects simultaneously, even in the fast-paced environment of the Intuit Dome.

Compensation
- The range for this position is $60,000 - $62,500 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
