Job Description


We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team. As a key member of our social media department, you will play a crucial role implementing content strategies for TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the team across all social initiatives and channels, scheduling and briefing in content needs, creating engaging and shareable content, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize social media presence.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to execute comprehensive social media strategies across all social media platforms.
  • Actively contribute to the creation of a content calendar that aligns with key marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Efficiently schedule and post content on all social media platforms as needed.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and user-generated content to identify opportunities for brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate social media initiatives with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Orchestrate and brief in content to creators, graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality, on-brand material
  • Stay current with industry trends and platform updates to optimize content strategy.
  • Develop, capture, curate, and edit visually appealing and compelling content for TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms. Including but not limited to event, retail store, office and brand photoshoot content.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of content and campaigns.
  • Support the Social Media Manager in creating monthly reports highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all content created adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand image across all social media platforms.
  • Miscellaneous additional social support.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge in Instagram, TikTok, Strava, Youtube, Facebook, Pinterest, Linkedin, X
  • 3+ years of social media experience.
  • Experience using third party social media platforms such as Sprout Social, Planoly, etc
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing styles to suit our brand's voice and tone.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and post social media accounts in real time, with little need for oversight
  • Content creation experience such as video creation and editing, photo editing, etc
  • Experience being on set at professional photoshoots.
  • Adobe suite experience
  • Asana or other project management system experience
