**Must be based in or near Washington, DC! This position requires in-person content creation in the Washington, DC area once a week. It's a hybrid role, offering full-time remote work while also involving in-person collaboration with clients.**

Kinda Secret seeks a social media and content creation expert to join our team of world-class lifestyle brand storytellers. In this role, you will conceptualize, produce and optimize creative content across platforms while executing strategies, managing communities and relationships and driving results for our hospitality and lifestyle clients.

Core Responsibilities:

Create and implement social media strategies tailored to client's goals and target audiences
Develop, shoot and create on-brand, engaging social content including videos, photos, graphics and captions
Create visually compelling client pitches and presentations
Ensure content aligns with guidelines and campaign objectives
Plan and coordinate logistics for photoshoots with clients and content creators to ensure we’re meeting monthly quotas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like photographers on integrated campaigns
Navigate the dynamic social media landscape, providing timely and tailored responses to client and customer inquiries
Monitor performance analytics and optimize content for maximum effectiveness and improvement recommendations
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from kickoff to delivery
Incorporate client feedback through excellent communication skills
Stay updated on innovations in social media and design trends

You Have:

Experience executing successful organic social media marketing strategies
Strong creative conceptualization and production abilities across multiple formats
Excellent communication, project management and client relationship skills
Skills with Social Media Management Tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Capcut
Passion for design, analytics and understanding social platforms
Hospitality/lifestyle specific experience is a major plus
A background in graphic design is a major plus plus!
