Sr. Brand Social Manager, Brand & Editorial Team

Role

The Sr. Brand Social Mgr role on the team is an important Emerging Audience growth position within the Brand & Editorial Social team. This role will lead the social strategy, audience growth, communications and scheduling of social content across for our fast-growing Emerging Audience handles, including Culture Rated and Primero Latino. The role will collaborate closely with our internal content partners across PV to deliver:

  • relevant / key original Amazon Studios title content, in close partnership with Studios social leads.
  • important key Hub campaign activity, including social strategy for TVOD, Channels and Library for distribution across the Emerging Audience handles.
  • highly acquisitive, high-growth audiences to our global social eco-system and engaging new and existing customers across our social platforms with bar-raising creative.


Responsibilities

This Sr Brand social role is responsible for leading the overall social, creative and operational strategy and audience growth for our Emerging Audiences handles. They will be:

  • strong collaborators and communicators, with an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best social creative for our customers
  • excellent social marketers, ideally with social platform expertise with an understanding of what drives viral social creative for our customers. Have a good understanding of how social and culture connect and how to capture on our handles.
  • able to understand and articulate key data and analytics to drive durable learnings and strong social campaign management.
  • passionate content advocates (originals, TVOD, Channels, Library) able to develop social strategies to drive engagement for all our brands, audiences and titles.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience with Social platforms and creating social-first marketing.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
