Overview


Acting as the leader of Enterprise Influencer Marketing, the Sr Director of Crocs Inc. Influencer Marketing will drive the enterprise influencer marketing strategy to pursue business objectives across Crocs and HEYDUDE globally.


The Sr Director of Influencer Marketing is a key leadership member within our “internal brand digital agency” and will support our brands’ “close to the consumer” strategies through consumer & cultural understanding, groundbreaking innovation, data-driven decision-making, and global best practice implementation. This role drives influencer marketing strategy and KPIs in close partnership with the Crocs and HEYDUDE brand and integrated marketing teams across US, China, Japan, S Korea, India, UK & Germany. What You'll Do


  • Define the overall global influencer marketing strategy and build best practices to be executed by brand.
  • Lead brand-level influencer marketing teams to develop over-arching influencer marketing strategies for dedicated campaigns that will be informed by campaign goals and target audience definition.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of overall influencer marketing across brands and regions to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Integrated Marketing, PR, Media, Research and Analytics teams to seamlessly implement fully integrated influencer strategy.
  • Evaluate and manage influencer agencies globally; establish an agency scorecard and implement annual review process.
  • Leverage data and consumer insights and monitor emerging cultural moments to find opportunities to break into relevant conversations for each brand.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant brand ambassador and key opinion leaders in the fashion, culture, and lifestyle spaces for both brands.
  • Provide strategic mentorship to direct reports and team members to implement and optimize influencer strategies.
  • Ensure collaboration with regional brand influencer marketing teams to ensure alignment with global brand playbooks and adaptation for local relevance.
  • Allocate budgets effectively to enhance brand KPIs and achieve business objectives.
  • Create a talent rate card, based on learnings across both brands, and use in negotiations and contract finalization.
  • Enable innovation by being a leader in emerging influencer strategies and beta testing.

What You'll Bring to the Table


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, preferably with a global brand that operates in multiple channels; at least 5 years in Influencer Marketing roles.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading large digital marketing teams including retail, sophisticated brand/distribution environments
  • Experience in the apparel or footwear industry is preferred
  • Experience influencing and getting results in a highly matrixed environment
  • Experience leading external agency partners
  • Solid understanding of standard processes and trends in digital and influencer marketing globally
  • Strong financial savvy, and the ability to translate a strategy into a financial plan.
  • Strong eye for business with an ability to anticipate risks and identify contingency plans to minimize business disruption.
  • Consumer-centric, leader with vision. Shows transformational thinking in the digital and social space.
  • Ability to synthesize information and clearly articulate strategic roadmap forward.
  • Ability to interpret data, social analytics, consumer insights, to incorporate into strategies
  • Crafts a culture of innovation and change that fuels business growth.
  • Comfort working in a highly cross-functional matrixed environment and drives a collaborative culture.
  • Strong executive presence. Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Salary or Pay Range: $175,000 - $190,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.


This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
